Happy Father's Day!

We had a nice Father's Day this year despite my failed attempt at breakfast for Dave. The bacon took forever, I thought we had eggs, but we didn't, and the frozen hashbrowns were a mess! Dave said he didn't mind though. We had a nice time at church too. The pastor had all the men/boys of the church come up to front to sing "He Lives" - it was really fun to see Dave singing up there; he has a great voice (like his mother.) After church, Dave cut the grass (in 95 degree weather) while me and Lawson picked up sticks and played in the yard. Then, MeMe and Pop stopped by for a while. Afterward, Dave relaxed in his chair watching the US Open while Lawson played King of Couch for hours! Dave does an amazing job taking care of Lawson, our house, our yard, and of me! Dave is a fantastic father. We love you, Dave!!
